Peanut Butter Honey

cup peanut butter (smooth)
1 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat bread flour
1 Tbs tapioca (flour/powder)
1/4 cup water (more or less as needed)
Mix
dry ingredients together with a fork. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Then, combine all ingredients together and stir until well mixed. Add more if
the dough is too dry. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten balls
with a fork to make pretty marks on the top. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
